Effective September 9, 2026.
1. Products and bundles
Plastic Reset Home sells curated kitchen reset bundles. Bundle contents are sold as sets and individual included items are not removed or exchanged before purchase. Add-ons or larger custom kitchen resets may be quoted separately.
2. Prices and taxes
Website prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown before applicable taxes. Your order confirmation or invoice will show the products or services, applicable taxes, any charges, and the total amount payable before you pay.
3. Order requests and acceptance
A website submission is a request only. An order is accepted only after we confirm the order, price, payment arrangement, delivery or pickup details, and availability. We may contact you if information is missing or clarification is needed.
4. Payment
For delivery orders, payment is normally required before delivery using the payment method provided with your invoice or order confirmation. Cash may be accepted only when arranged with us in advance for an in-person handoff or pickup. Do not leave cash outside for an unattended delivery.
5. Winnipeg delivery
Delivery within the Winnipeg Perimeter is free through October 31, 2026. This promotion may be extended, changed, or ended for orders placed after that date. We will confirm the delivery arrangement before the order is finalized.
Where an available delivery time is offered, you may choose from the available schedule. Otherwise, deliveries may be arranged for an early-morning drop-off. If an unattended drop-off is requested, we may ask you to confirm a safe delivery location and any access instructions.
6. Money-back quality guarantee
If a product has a quality or functionality issue, we want to make it right. An issue includes a product that arrives damaged, is already broken before first use, has pre-existing damage, or does not function as intended under normal initial use.
Contact us after discovering the issue. We will arrange a return at no charge and provide a refund for the affected bundle, or offer a replacement if you prefer. Other return requests can be reviewed case-by-case.
7. Free kitchen plastic consultations
Free consultations are currently available within the Winnipeg Perimeter. A website request may include up to four consultation addresses. During a consultation we can review common kitchen plastics, discuss possible replacements, and prepare a quote. You choose what, if anything, you want to replace. Any paid replacement work begins only after you approve the quote and payment arrangements.
8. Product information and materials
We aim to describe bundle materials and contents accurately. Some products use silicone seals where needed for function; where stated on this website, those seals are positioned outside the food-contact area. If a material, quantity, or product detail is important to your purchase, please ask us before confirming your order.
9. Health and microplastics information
Information about plastics and microplastics on this website is general educational information and is not medical advice. Research on human health effects is continuing. Plastic Reset Home does not promise that a bundle, consultation, or replacement will prevent, treat, or cure disease, or reduce exposure by a specific measured amount.
10. Personal information
We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to requests, arrange payment, fulfill orders, deliver products, schedule consultations, and keep required business records. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Website and service availability
We may update product availability, pricing, promotions, delivery areas, consultation availability, and website information. Changes do not alter an order already accepted on the terms confirmed with you.
12. Consumer rights
These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Manitoba or Canadian consumer protection law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada.
